Hello!
I'm Wawa Halim
My story...
A decade of experience across working with employees in organisations. I like being the go-to person when people have difficulties in any aspect of their employment. I enjoy the duty that includes coaching, identifying & solving problems, measuring objectives of initiatives, initiating projects and sustaining the plans and connecting the right dots to make things better for everyone.
I learnt that HR is not black and white. It is grey. If we can see both sides and remain flexible and adaptable, we can be very successful in this skill (of which I continuously learning) to help an organisation succeed.
